No straight answer on phone, been on the line for over 25 mins locked out of my flat. Emergency number wont help for this matter. Shame
Housing association one of the worst ive dealt with enquiries not dealt with properly complaint system not adequate this is definitely not a housing association with there citizens in mind name gets changed every so often new vans new uniforms new cars but yet there homes fail beyond repair
If you are or are thinking about shared ownership be very careful as optima treat you like you don’t exist, shocking customer service.
Absoultely rubbish and i would not recommend anyone to go with family optima they are not good. Dishonest, unhelpful, selfish and greedy for their rent.
