Seriously a council who just don’t seem to care or want to care or even try and understand. Disgraceful attitude and customer service.
I hit a large pothole on a road that was in the process of being resurfaced under ERYC, I sent a letter to them showing the damage caused and explained my situation, after not really expecting anything back, they responded and referred me to the contractors who offered me a refund for the damage.

Utter garage service, called them to set up council tax time and time again, be on hold for over an hour. When it seen you are gonna be connected it disconnects and you have to start all over again. Online is even more garbage.

Despite years of complaints about the disgusting stench from the Biowise waste site, ERYC have done nothing to deal with the matter. Our lives are miserable with the stench invading our homes and gardens. I’m sure if the council officers had to live with this vile stink they might feel more motivated to get it sorted.
