Used pool for evening kayak stuff.
Useful facility.
Wet side changing rooms ok

Really disappointing to find that after travelling from Poole to use the squash courts we arrive to find the school who are doing a competition in the main hall have ‘spilled’ into the squash courts so a wasted trip for us.

The staff make it great, decline bench would be nice but good use of space otherwise

All clean, well organised and the bigger kids looked like they were having a great time!

Booked a family swimming session on a Sunday for the small pool. Changing rooms are OK, a little dated really but do the job. Pool itself has chairs by the edge for non swimming members, not alot of people crammed in so you can really enjoy your swimming. Floaties aswell for the little ones. Overall, a good experience.

Very poor having to play badminton with a basketball net and board halfway across the court

Great place to train with very helpful staff. Big car park with ample space. Good mix of people with varying abilities and ages. Lucy who signed us up explained everything we needed to know clearly and succinctly. Great asset to ferndown leisure centre.

Nice centre with gym and swimming facilities. Reasonably priced memberships are available and you are not tied in month after month – the flexibility suits me well. Changing areas are small but clean. There are stairs to the pool from the changing room and the hours are not always ideal for me to lane swim – hence 4/5 for me.

Andrew who runs the disability football is a credit to the company. He is friendly and very good at what he does. The rest of the leisure center needs knocking down and starting again though! Shame really, great staff but the place is an absolute bin

The swimming pool is a good size. Also a bigger one. Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Not tried other things yet but all looks great.

Staff are very friendly and very clean centre

Good gym, but too small for the amount of members at peak times.
Member could be cheaper considering how small it is compared to the cheaper Broadstone gym which is at least 4 times the size.

I mainly use the swimming pool for aqua lessons and free swims and I think it/they are great. The staff and instructors are a welcoming and friendly and go out of there way to help you. From my limited knowledge of the gym I would say it has most things you need.

Disappointed to see BOTH the emergency cords wrapped up in the disabled wet change. I’ve unwrapped them! Could be the difference between life and death or hours on the floor for someone!

Great facilities, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent value for money and the place is kept clean, tidy and welcoming. I love going there, which I try to do at least once a week.

My little boy is having swimming lessons here and I am very impressed with how professional it is. It has a lovely small warm shallow teaching pool. He loves it too.

My children have swimming lesson here and the teacher are lovely and so are the staff. It’s not unreasonable expensive and the centre is always clean.

Unhappy with my app,next monday 21st September body balance is not on my app,consequently I was unable to book my place,as only 6 are in the class.All the other classes are there but Monday body balance does not come up,other people have it but i dont.Ann m Jones

It needs to be updated as there is mold on the walls in the shower room. The loos are absolutely disgusting. Needs a lot of money spent on it. So it can come up to the standard that we expect these days

Handy local leisure centre. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Downside is that the pool has a limited timetable for public swimming.

Good for badmington, plenty of parking. A bit slow to set up the courts on both my visits but otherwise fine.

This place is in great condition for the age of the facility. Quaint 25metre x 4 lane pool and an unusual raised learner pool which is super.

Always good to visit for the use of the facilities. Appreciate the staff advice as needed.

I’d give no stars if I could, timetable is aweful pool is free all day when everyone is at work but goes to aquafit or lessons when most people get off work
