I book via the app for airport rides and have never had problems. They essentially are a booking engine working with existing can companies, but they’re competitive and always give a number to call for issues etc. Drivers need to wait outside of airport areas if your flight is delayed but always get in touch.
Have used them quite a few times for airport pickups and every time, without fail, the cab is late and always trying to scam for extra cash. Kabbee themselves are unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. Will switch to Uber now, even if it’s a couple quid more it’s well worth it.
Booked cab to Luton Airport for a 5 am journey. Cab no-showed and cancelled at 5:10 am. Kabbee charged my card twice. Have spent three weeks trying to get refund to no avail. Definitely don’t use
Worst service ever. Booked the cab, received several confirmation messages, five min later received a message “your booking was cancelled” call the car provider for the money refund. Car provider replied that they are not from your area, don’t have the booking number, call kabbee and look for your money. Never again.
The worst service ever, messed up my booking then ignored me while i was on a call. They tell you “your cab is 10min away” then they kindly cancel it without telling you (great ux btw). This company shouldn’t exist and no one should use it if you actually want to go anywhere!

The worst cab company in London. After booking a cab on the website, and after calling for the confirmation (the person at the phone told me the driver was 15 minutes late), we waited for 40 minutes, so I call again and they told me that there were no driver available at the moment. WORST COMPANY EVER. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
They left me stranded at Gatwick airport late at night and denied that I had a booking the next day although I had a confirmation number for the booking. Cars are always late. I would not trust or rely on them.

Awful pointless service. Don’t turn up. Don’t call. Don’t text. And worst of all. Blame their cab companies which THEY CHOSE. NEVER USE. CALL UBER.
