Terrible customer service – tried calling the customer service number on multiple occasions and it rings and rings and then is answered with “I’m sorry there is no one to answer your call” and then just hangs up on you!!

Stay away from this so called financial company, forget about investment growth but will be lucky to get all your money back, even for a long term investments. Not sure how this company allows to run this business, Especially when they put your children’s money at risk.

We were very disappointed with the investment returns provided by this company and their complaints procedure were not satisfactory either. The funds invested over 17 years barely grew at 1% per annum after their charges were taken into account. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Unfortunately I trusted this company to look after my CTF. 10 years later they barely managed to keep the same value that I have invested! basically they charge a fee for the privilege of wasting your money!
