My renewal price was extortionate so I went elsewhere I missed that the policy renewed and when I realised and asked for a credit I’m told it passed 14 days so got nothing. How about you don’t auto renew? I won’t be using Cover My again and won’t be recommending them.

Only needed to use once but very quick and friendly service. I called and reported my car broken down and in less than an hour car was being loaded on to the back of a truck. Will definitely be renewing my policy with them

Called for recovery. Call was answered within 5 minutes both times (I had to call back with preferred garage) and despite being told ETA was 75minutes (they say between 60-90 then call back with a more precise time) the recovery driver …

Waste of time 1hr on fone with recorded mgs. Paid £50 for my own recovery in the end as cold and wet to get to my local garage 3 miles away . Avoid

My car did not start when i was leaving for work at 9am. I was on the phone for 5 hours to speak to mycover team. Please see the screenshots. Luckily I was not broken down on the motorway in this cold weather. DONT SIGN UP WITH MYCOVER. I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY. You don’t waste yours!!

Watch out, They say nationwide recovery but its not. Spend an extra £10 and go somewhere that’ll actually help you.
