Excellent staff! Bought 2 watches today for less than $100 and had them engraved right away. They were eager to help which was greatly appreciated. Next time I’m in Vegas I’ll definitely be back here to shop. Keep up the excellent work!

Great watches at reasonable prices for both men and women. Good styles, and the staff though rotating, has usually been helpful, or quick to get you someone that can specifically help. Recommending this to you if you need a decent watch and like good service.

I have gotten great service but I can’t walk anymore and my watch died for the second time about a year ago and I have to get it in to have it repaired again. I have had probably eight Fossil watches and I like them all but they do wear out! I will find a way to get it in!

I gave 1 star because I had to.
The customer service is horrible. When I entered the store neither of the employees greeted me or asked me if I needed help they just looked. So I decided not to purchase anything and I left.

Was the first shop i stopped at. I continued, walked the entire North Outlet and returned to buy a Leather bag as a gift with a 20% voucher provided in store.

They exchanged a watch we bought 3 months ago when they couldn’t fix the clasp. Great customer service.
