This specialist doctors all work in their private clinics and turn up to hospital just when ever suits them despite appointment. A reasonable size hospital… needs updating though. Car park is reasonable size but is always busy. There are buses available that go to Yately, Camberley etc which is helpful.

Awful experience here I waited 10 hours to be seen and everyone else in A&E had been there for over 8 hours and the nurses didn’t seem to care about anyone. A&E was a joke, I came home after not being seen after waiting hours for treatment. If your patients have to wait more than 5 hours just to be seen by a doctor at 2am then your service has failed. We should not have to be in pain and go home because you couldnt provide a suitable service.

My wife was admitted for 4 days. The staff were first class and, once on a ward, very very helpful. Doctors make a real effort to communicate.
Its shameful that phone communication with relatives is so poor on wards, BUT they are so understaffed and so busy. All staff deserve medals and a BIG pay rise.

Their outpatient phone lines are dreadful, you will be kept waiting for an hour, if you are lucky. It’s easier to DNA, sad but true. And if you need emergency care, attend Guildford, if you can. I have never come across more uncaring and patronising nursing staff than at Frimley A&E. Disgraceful.
