I have had 4 operations in 5 weeks. On a abscess on my stomach. The staff are fantastic but the doctors just want you out of the place as fast as possible. If I had spent a day or two more in hospital I would not have to keep going back.. I appreciate that they are busy and thank them for everything.

Everyone working at this hospital is doing their absolute best in an impossible situation. I’ve been with a family member to A&E a few times over the last few months, and although the wait times are long, the staff there show an immense level of care and dedication, despite the fact they must all be exhausted. Thank you!

Worst hospital I’ve ever been. Never ending waiting time even when you have an appointment! Unbelievable. This specialist doctors all work in their private clinics and turn up to hospital just when ever suits them despite appointment. I feel sorry for nurses and receptionists who have to deal with this shameful disservice.

Too much broken equipment that never seems to get fixed. Awful car park always queuing and overcrowded. Phones don’t get answered for appointments. Symptomatic of a broken NHS. A&E was a joke, I came home after not being seen after waiting hours for treatment. If your patients have to wait more than 5 hours just to be seen by a doctor at 2am then your service has failed. We should not have to be in pain and go home because you couldnt provide a suitable service.

Their outpatient phone lines are dreadful, you will be kept waiting for an hour, if you are lucky. It’s easier to DNA, sad but true. And if you need emergency care, attend Guildford, if you can. I have never come across more uncaring and patronising nursing staff than at Frimley A&E. Disgraceful.
