Husband taken by ambulance early Bank Holiday morning. Dealt with quickly & efficiently. Was upstairs in bay within hour. All staff were kind & kept us informed with what was happening, given scan & painkillers & then diagnosed with kidney stones. Promptly given medication & advice. Less than 6hrs between 111 call & discharge

Good quality care provider by BNHH. However, the waiting time is a hair puller. Also, some of the facilities are similar to third world countries. Filthy toilets with broken seats
