Terrible. Card didn’t turn up -expected date before Mother’s Day. 3 days later still nothing and then refused refund- only offered a credit to a prepay account. As I don’t intend to use again bit ridiculous . A full refund should have been given.

Ordered Mother’s Day card a week in advance, it didn’t arrive until the Monday after. Funky Pigeon took no responsibility and simply blamed Royal Mail. How can they not know that Mother’s Day is a busy time and plan ahead? Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 mugs downloaded picture wanted on them, came with half a picture, one was completely smashed I also paid £6.95 for each mug for delivery, then you discover no customer service phone number, says alot of this company.
