Great service as always, tried to book a repair online via the my gentoo app, you can’t appoint emergency repairs in the app and i didnt want to ring and bother them with it being a busy time of the year for them, however when I did, very polite CSA, asked the appropriate questions and appointed first time. Covid safety advice given.
