Been using WarwickNet (now Glide) for several years but the past year has been awful with drop outs on our leased line occuring far too regularly. Even after escalation, the response from a dedicated contact has been non existent. A year ago I would have recommended them but not now.

We are very happy with the speed of our line and the proactive service from Warwicknet (they told us there was a problem with one of the lines before we noticed, and arranged a BT engineer to fix it within 24 hours without any intervention from us).
Thank goodness my contract was temporary. The service they provide is awful and the Internet is slow. You also pay a lot for poor support. They hardly find obvious problems.
Super expensive for very bad service. This is by far the worst experience a company may give. The bonus is that you are stuck with them for 2-3 years. Great, keep on providing this low level of service!
