Very poor. Multiple restrictions on using the membership pretty much means no discount at all as it’s completely unusable. Very dishonest company. Avoid.
Used for buying cinema tickets. Turns out I was buying discount codes which cost me £22 then when applied to odeon I still had to pay another £8.75 on top.

Appalling service. Have been trying to be taken off their website since January and the customer service is the worst yet. They don’t care about their customers. AVOID at all costs, if you’re looking for something like this go for Tastecard….or just avoid avoid avoid.
Came free with a lloyds account, it has worked out very well for living in the center of London where it gives many top restaurants 50% off food have used the card 30 times plus and must have saved hundreds of pounds!
