The bouquet was fine and arrived on time. The flowers opened a bit after a day or two but despite following the instructions like cutting the stems they only lasted a week. Second time I’ve used Eflorist and will definitely use them again. Had to miss my niece’s Dance Performance and was really upset, so sent her some flowers before the show so she knew we were thinking of her and she loved them. If I could give 0 stars I would don’t shop here there’s other places. Why would I ask for an order to be shipped on one day for it to be shipped the day after when the time has passed and then the flowers came and they were rubbish almost 30£ for what tesco flowers are 100 times better.

These flowers were for my daughter on her birthday. I was appalled with the quality and quantity to say the least. Won’t be using you again. This picture was taken a day after delivery.

The box arrived in a real back state, bends all over and looked like it was opened and contents checked. Also arrived very late in the evening, thank god I asked it to be delivered a day early before the birthday. The flowers were I guess sitting in the car for the whole day so you can imagine the state when they were delivered.
