I have had mixed experiences with the advice they have given to the clients I have introduced to them. Most have been good, including the clients they advised to remain in their current Pension Scheme, but one has been a nightmare with process failings by Grove.

The adviser was very professional and the advice they gave was fine, but their administration was very poor and there were lengthy delays throughout the process. I suspect they are victims of their own success and do not the administration team to support the volume of enquiries.
