Poor service quality and communication standard. Letter says one thing and they tell you another. Most rival firms have better rates and service quality plus a much more streamlined procedure for opening accounts. Wouldn’t trust my savings with this institution. Would avoid.

Pointless lender. Had me jumping through hoops at a great cost to myself only to decline me after waiting 6 months for a decision. Wanted to purchase a BTL property and had 65% of the purchase price deposit. The rental income is almost TREBLE the mortgage monthly payment. Nonsense decision declined over petty numbers.

Simple to set up account and includes plenty of security. Easy to transfer money in. I took the option of a one year Bond, so time will tell if its a good choice.

Have to agree with Lyn. Appallingly slow. My bridging loan application is trudging along at snails pace. Only use them if speed is not a concern for you. A joke, yes!

Shocking exploitation of customers. Keep your money interest free for ages when there is a problem with account opening then pay it back on a Friday so they get the benefit of the weekend too. Pure greed and zero customer appreciation

Very straightforward process to open account. No problems encountered at all. I did not need to contact anyone for assistance so unable to comment at this stage on customer service.

Customer service fine and polite unless you have a problem then they just repeat go onto the website. Have used far better banks
