Phoned them on Monday the 9th of this month to come repair a leaking toilet and I’m still waiting now phoned them back to see when someone is coming out but they keep saying someone will be out today.

These people are not the most intelligent and lack manners. Honestly I would give -5 if it were possible. Your crooked organization should be investigated and closed.
