Tuesday, 4th April. Tried to contact the Council by telephone. Spent over 30 minutes on hold waiting to speak to an, ‘Advisor’ before giving up. Would give zero stars if possible. A total disgrace.

Totally agree with other comments regarding trying to talk to someone on the phone. Emails take up to 10 days to be answered at least!!! Going to try to see someone in person, fingers crossed.

I have had to call the council on two occasions regarding council tax, they are perhaps the rudest, most unhelpful and unsympathetic people I have ever dealt with. Phone up with a simple query and get threatened with court action. Utter waste of time contacting these people, they are no help.
Worse website i have ever tried to use . I registered online and received an acknowledgement, then when I try to either get intouch my email address is not recognised and you can’t get through on the phone.

Called to report bin not emptied, their solution is to send another bin for us to fill . Mind numbing .
