Absolutely awful. A law unto themselves. No one to answer to. Truly truly terrible.
Appalling service, all requests are now by e-mail which I understand due to COVID-19 however there has not been any response at all to any e-mail sent.

Expensive council tax and all you get is letters asking you to do this or that or you will pay a fine. Way to be engaging…
Absolutely unhelpful place ever I seen , unfortunately for for some people they need them take a years to respond your inquiry
The Parking Services department is totally anti- resident, unresponsive to complaints and generally out of control.
Incompetent communication, terrible telephone system and total lack of accountability for errors made by them.
Awful people. They don’t care. It’s all about money.
Never able to talk to anyone on the phone, always on hold
Unhelpful and rude
Never return calls or emails
Staff are alway willing to help.
