They should fire the guys who manage the online parking permit service and team that designed it. It’s just frustrating to use and looks like the system is build by people who have no idea what they are doing. What a waste of resources to build such a poor system! Get some proper user testing in place and start fixing the problems.

A monopolized, bias and destructive council run by uninformed un- knowledgable and uneducated people being relative new comers to the area with only self interests and self promotion at heart and by deed.
