Our party wall with a hexagon property fell down in March 2021. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue Hexagon have not made any meaningful action. Charity organisation I don’t think so and hope to god I get that status removed from these. They sure don’t deserve it or relate to it. 8 months of repairs and they still not done. They really don’t care!!!!
They are a company full of incompetent, lazy people without any work ethics. They have no idea what customer service really means and even if they did, they wouldn’t care. Stay away from Hexagon, if you can!
A truely apalling lot. Never got working phone lines and never respond to emails which we send when the phones arent working or have been disabled to limit the workload. Thank Christ this lot arent my landlords. Very very poor
