Write a ReviewEven 1 star is pointless for these guys, absolutely useless, no good support and the list goes on. They agree one thing and completely alter it when you next call in. Just shocked with the lack of acknowledgment and basic responses, training is really needed if they ever want to improve!
What a beautiful place..and your park is one of the best I’ve seen, a lot of towns should take a leaf out of your book. Clean and well kept even after the eat in the park event. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.
This has to be the worst web site ever! Trying to set up on line account for council tax is a nightmare! It’s so far told me I’ve put in the wrong address,I haven’t,I know where I live! Wrong national insurance number, wrong reference …
Horrendous to deal with. Lack of meaningful communication. Complete incompetence. Petty acts of revenge when complained about.
Phone line hopeless. They just want to get rid of you and tick a box that you’ve been helped, when it’s just a recorded message with no way of speaking to a human.
I found the website clear and easy to follow. The telephone response was like most other companies but after just three or four minutes I was connected to a very polite and helpful member of customer services.

Emailed, phoned, written. No response after a month. Trying the last option today, a ouija board. No doubt if council tax was in arrears, I’d hear from then then!
Snow everywhere…no gritters sent out AGAIN… ! When I asked the highways dept why nothing has been done about the roads, I was told that ” no one knew snow was forcast! That’s a lie!
Pointless filling out online forms, no acknowledgment of reciept and no action taken. Green bin not emptied since November. Keep filling in forms still not sorted.
Trying to contact regarding council tax – do online form reply council will contact you within 3 days. 14 days later nothing. Try ringing waiting 45 minutes no-one answered . message to go online . Obviously workers being paid to sit and do nothing as you can’t get in touch at all.
Wanted to report littering (portable barbeques in fire-risk area) but the online form was so beaurocratic and mindless I didn’t bother. Cleared the rubbish up myself anyway.
REALLY RUDE STAFF ,NOT HELPFUL,I THINK THEY SHOULD TRAIN FRONT RECEPTION STAFF TO HAVE MANNERS AND NOT TO LOOK DOWN THEIR NOSES AT PEOPLE ITS A DEGRADING FEELING YOU HAVE LEAVING THERE AND NOT ONE OF OPTOMISM THAT YOU HAVE SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN A POSITION TO HELP
Terrible archaic website that is hard to navigate and simply does not work.
