It’s quite spacious and I had a stress free experience but I could hear the staff fighting with each other so loudly it was so awkward. The guy working the til was super friendly though.

The worst branch, have shortage of staff , they have long queues all the time with no priority queue for accessibility / pregnant woman.
Not organised in staff and extremely slow with no working wifi or receptions
So disappointing for a company such as H&M

This place is so hit and miss! Ladies’ section had some very rude staff, namely Marco. Although the irish manager made the difference, he was really helpful.

Much more of pleasant than the westfield store, however the staff set up is peculiar. Lots of staff with no one at the the tills when the queue starts to build up. Which means with only a line of three you wait nearly ten minutes untill one can be served.

I had a wonderful experience at store today. Harold was very patient and helpful to me. Thank you !! I will come back

Great variety of articles. Staff not very friendly only when you buy its bag they show to you a smile and look at you. Very rare you find a very welcoming sales assistant.
