Write a Review90 Yr old mum had full knee replacement and stayed on Cedar Ward. Really lovely, caring, attentive and professional staff. Everyone who helped, nursed, operated on, gave therapy, cleaned and fed my mum deserves a huge thank you hug from her very grateful family.
Visited this morning at 9:30 and was home by 12 noon.
Great care shown me from check in, to discharge during my colonoscopy assessment …
Just spent two days in the Cedar Ward having a full knee replacement. The level of care from each and every staff member was incredible! People from the hospitality industry need come here and learn how to provide dedicated service with a smile.
It was my first experience of Rugby St Cross. All the staff are approachable ,professional who show genuine care and respect to their patients. I would particularly like to thank Claudio – Nurse on the day ward and Rachel- surgery Nurse for their care on the ward. A big thankyou for excellent care
Went there for some blood tests the staff is polite although we can only enter 20 minutes before our appointment, was really empty and very quick
They postpone the dates of important examinations without specific reasons, you can only guess that they put someone in your place, I wonder how much you have to pay?
Had my 2nd knee replacement 21/6/22 which went as smoothly as the first. Standard of care received was once more second to none. Right from the consultant to the nurses, from the cleaners to the lady who served the tea/coffee – my short stay was excellent. Many thanks to all on Cedar Ward
Every time I’ve been here it’s been very productive. They have either helped me there and then with low wait times . …

I took my mother to the glucoma clinic and was attended to by Joshua. He was very professional, kind, patient and full of genuine humility. Joshua is such a blessing to humanity. The world needs more people like you. Well done Joshua and thanks.
This hospital is operating a scam phone service. During this time (COVID-19), the hospital is not allowing anyone to visit even their parent, who has been admitted into the hospital. The single star rating is not for that, because obviously …
Mother went a week ago she says she was a wreck before going but ambulance staff were second to none patience with senior citizens. Refused to let her leave without food. Escorted her to departments via wheelchair. Straight in straight out. …
Can’t fault the medical staff but, like most hospitals, they see the need need to charge for parking. Fair enough BUT the blasted pay machines are impossible to use. They ARE impossible. Nevertheless, if you fail to pay, you are sent a fine …
Today I took my husband to an appointment at St. Cross, the appointment time being 10.20. We left Lutterworth in good time, but were unaware of roadworks with 3way temporary traffic lights on the A426, so were running late. …

Great hospital, they treated my mother, they are always friendly and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

Staff here do their best but it’s very difficult to find your way to the right bit of the hospital, and there is no bus from the station to the hospital. The place generally feels understaffed. …

Fantastic caring staff, as always our NHS does an amazing job. The problem lies with underfunding. This is painfully obvious when you have to wait 5 hours to be seen. They are dramatically understaffed, as most hospitals are at the moment. …

I had the misfortune of my father staying on MULBERRY WARD .. I would like to know who is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of this hospital as it STANK OF URINE !! Also the level of care towards the patients is bad. …
Closed, closed closed maternity ward. What a shambles from the Cheif executive that could have took a paycut instead.
Wake up taxpayers the management are the fat on the bone. Zzzzz
Came in for my knee operation yesterday and cannot speak more highly of the staff in here on cedar ward they have been absolutely amazing, so kind and careing and nothing is to much for them, by far the best hospital I’ve ever been to, so thank you to the morning and night staff
Came into day surgery on 11/03/3020 for nerve block injections. Staff where really friendly was looked after by Teena & Wendy . Was wheeled down to theatre by Michelle who was also great xx
Went for a CTI scan here last Friday although I know I have a problem with finding a vein for needles having 8 attempts to put in a canular is ridiculous. As I wasn’t the only one at that time 3.30pm that was having problems perhaps more experienced staff is needed – would not like to have this kind of treatment again
The urgent care centre is rubbish – they don’t listen to your explanation of what’s wrong with you and just try to get rid of you as quickly as possible. The service they provide is below standard and completely unacceptable.
Needs an A&E again come on government we need to take pressure off Coventry & Northampton, Rugby has grown by over 20 thousand people in ten years, spot it out.
Had MRI, no wait, straight in & out👌 …

4 hours in A and E and still not been seen and the place is quiet.Awful place with a very rude receptionist women who spends more time sorting out her kitchen fit and texting on her phone then anything else.
Clean and tidy. Wait time to be seen was long. Very kind and thoughtful staff
