I had an operation at Canterbury hospital and all of the staff and nurses were so helpful, caring and reassuring. I was very well looked after by all involved and my nerves were very quickly settled. A lovely hospital to visit with amazing staff!

Trauma and orthopaedics is brilliant!
Though they might want to consider having telephone consultations more often than face to face. Long way to travel for a 3 min appointment that doesn’t require you being actually seen.

Ella at the UTC was absolutely amazing! I was a bit of an idiot and had lost half of my fingernail and she made me so at ease and calmed my nerves and kept the whole situation lighthearted all while treating my finger it was done before i knew it and only thanks to her she was so kind and patient. Best service I could’ve asked for.

I walked around the hospital for 20 minutes trying desperately to find the cardiology dept. There is not a single sign for it anywhere. There wasn’t anyone at the information desks to ask and in the end I had to ask a Pieter who found me wandering aimlessly around. Even then it was extremely hard to find.

Place and it’s staff is a complete disorganised mess. And they have the audacity to strike for more money. If I was as useless at my job as you all are at yours I’d be jobless.

I find that the children’s unit and dolphin’s ward is a lovely environment. The nurses are kind and caring. However, the doctors are rude and can’t be bothered. The waiting room is lovely, and the hospital itself is okay. I wouldn’t choose to go here for my appointments though, as it’s fairly dirty and needs more facilities.

Attended today for day surgery. All staff were great and very thoughtful. Only think I didn’t like and added to my anxiety that I had to sit in waiting room pre op in front of a load of strangers in my dressing gown and also was asked a couple of personal information in front of them. May have contributed to my bp going skip high!
