I had an inspector visit 6th april regarding various repairs, he said he would phone me within a week or two regarding these. Heard nothing. I emailed contact centre 5th may about this still nothing. Phoned again today 7th june and I’m awaiting feedback on the repairs still. Absolutely incompetent company and services.

Absolutely pathetic. only when i complain to the ceo via email do they get a move on. But they never do anything that will fix the problem permanently. We have 40 year old windows they keep saying they will change them for years now. Every winter we sleep with out coats on. Water comes through the windows.
