No regard for the general public, allowing people to take advantage of the housing provided. After ignoring many voicemails , and refusing to call back I’ve assumed the Midlands director for the organisation just doesn’t care

Was with Derventio for just over a week. They evicted me for withholding information that I wasn’t even aware of as I was very ill at the time. Me, my mum and my sister all explained this too them, but it didn’t make a difference and I had to leave. Detventio made me vulnerable and homeless at the same time.

Only time they have ever been interested in me, is when I fell behind with rent, promise the world but deliver none of it. …

This company work tirelessly to end the suffering caused by homelessness; they care about their residents and put them into good quality homes; a friend of mine had a very positive experience with them recently and has gone from being homeless to now living in his own property thanks to Derventio Housing Trust; thank you!

Disgusting throwing out a mentally ill man and making him homeless , wouldn’t even allow his family to enter to property to drop off paper work. Only gave a one star as no option for non . I hope the people who work for this shower of sh** an sleep at night .

Was referred to this company after I became homeless and during a private meeting with the housing adviser I was asked “how badly do I want accommodation” I responded by saying I was desperate and they then asked me to put on a Halloween …

I am a community organiser in stafford and i am constantly picking up their clients in crisis….sort yoursekves out!!! Especially considering the price people pay to live in your properties .. disgusting.. wheres the care? Wheres the support?….where is your out of hours crisis team??.you should be holding your heads in shame….

How can anyone give them a 5 star , they dont care about no one apart from getting money of you . David its all true what you say about them if i could give them a -1 or more I would . I meet one good member of staff there EDDY he did a lot for me

Lived here as a tenant, really rude and dismissive association, had no energy of problems with a terrible neighbour to the point my health was affected and they wouldn’t help and would dismiss, then they kicked me out because I complained so much. Avoid.

Recently,offered accommodation and couldn’t be happier,thease people have done so much to help ,they are so friendly ,definitely done more for me than the council ever did
