Extremely bad service. very rude and most of the staff are in bad temper. it looks like they are having a long day. oh, very ruthless when it comes to collecting outstanding money and with their threatening behaviour letter. poor us, we don’t have any other choice to select our council 🙁

Awful!! Tried phoning on and off for 3 days? If they don’t cut me off, the answer phone keeps you on hold then says “thank you for your patience” and cuts you off. It is such a poor service!!!
