Have nothing but praise for all personal in all departments, when I needed them most.
Previously tried to get hold of the council in Nov but was on a very long hold time and gave up. Just called and spoke to the council tax team today, on hold about 2 – lady was polite and helpful & resolved my queries very quickly.

Awful!! Tried phoning on and off for 3 days? If they don’t cut me off, the answer phone keeps you on hold then says “thank you for your patience” and cuts you off. It is such a poor service!!!

Office at Yaxley shut on Fridays at 1pm when supposed to be open . I waited for 30 mins till 130 . I have been trying to contact Huntingdonshire district Council all day by phone constantly engaged very poor experience.
