Every time we call to speak to Mr Brenda Lawerence she is rude and disrespectful. Every family member in my household that she has encountered with has had an issue with her arrogance and attitude. Worst company or organisation I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They take residents as a joke, they overcharge and dont deliver 10% of what they should. Shambles. The already overpriced Service charges rise every year without improvement in quality or expansion of service delivery.
