Write a ReviewCheats and scammers. They lie about returns and destroy credit scores. They base their customer services outside he UK. They do not respond to emails.
My boots did not get delivered. No reply to my email to customer service. When I called they were unclear whether the item was dispatched, damaged or lost. After waiting for it to arrive for 15 days, now I can wait another 10 for refund and start again to look for boots. One month wasted!
Parcel arrived damaged emailed there customer services who clearly ignored me, they sent a email asking for a review which I highlighted the parcel arrived ripped open they have now refused to publish the review they are censoring any bad reviews to make themselves look good
