Fantastic to have this facility on our doorstep. Although it’s not an A&E it is open throughout the day for minor emergencies. Great service, friendly staff and very clean. Thank you NHS, how lucky we are.

I attended the minor surgery unit for removal of a deep implant. From the moment I walked in I had the best care and treatment possible. All the staff were a credit to their profession, particularly Dr Jibril and his team. The unit is an essential and well used part of the community and I’m very grateful for it.

I attended the John Coupland Hospital Gainsborough on 10/11/2020 for an Inguinal Hernia. I cannot thank and recommend Mr Jibrill and all the nursing staff enough, truly kind and professional at all times. A very relaxed, warm and caring atmosphere much better than any larger hospital I have ever been to before.

Friendly staff, nice feeling to the place. Old-fashioned and reassuring. Old-fashioned is sometimes what you want when you’re unwell, a bit of understanding and the familiarity of the NHS.

Came here to have staples out after an appendectomy. Staff are fabulous, it’s a lovely hospital

On 29/3/19 I was taken ill with a life threatening asthma attack near to the MIU. Nurse Practitioner Sarah saved my life. Keeping me breathing for over an hour until the ambulance arrived. The staff at the unit are amazing. Thank you all
