Terrible can’t get through only found out I had a live ccj against defendent from finally getting through that was 6 months old. Can never give a straight answer or conflicting information.

Appalling, no receipts for documents, lady in front of me was complaining about a default judgement because her documents were lost by the Court. Reviews on here suggest it’s a common occurrence.

Kingston Court management system is very very very poor. I have been trying to speak to someone for 3 days just to find out what has happened. There was a court telephone hearing but the court did not contact the client.
Please avoid this court if you can…

I’m only giving this place 1 star because you cannot post no stars or less.
The court is totally dysfunctional and run by lazy, complacent box tickers who are guided by groupthink. If your case ends up here give up any hope of a fair hearing (or any hearing). A complete waste of time.

Dreadful. Service practically none. Struggle to get anyone on the phone. They don’t even reply to complaints. Clearly need an overhaul.

The most disgusting of service from this awful place, staff are absolutely miserable and unprofessional, no one ever picks up the phone and emails take weeks to be answered. This place should be closed down!

Nice building, very easy parking, in fact dead opposite the court, and helpful staff.. Made my visit worthwhile, in securing the payment of a bad debt.
