Due to the wireless transaction fault in the RinGo parking device near the Castle, I got the PCN. Any signs that the wireless payment is not working. Awful experience I got in this city!
I have noticed that there are hardly any bins please explain why? do you really want everyone to put litter on the floor
I phoned the Town Hall regarding my Recycle boxes not being emptied today Sept 16th the Customer service assistant would not take my name address or phone number HOW DO THE COLLECTORS KNOW WHERE TO COME ???
My grandad used to wind the clock on top of the council building he was the bearer there

What a rude employee. I phoned them ask for help and employee was so unhelpful.
Slow, bureaucratic and annoying, what sadly we have come to unsrstand our local council to be of late sadly.
