I visited Lavazza earlier and had their Merenda Afternoon Selection. The waiters were very nice and friendly! The food is super good and their coffee, of course, was incredible! Went back home with 1KG of beans, a pistachio croissant, two mugs and chocolate coffee beans (: thank you for the great experience ! More

Coffee: very ordinary taste that doesn’t worth your time to wait for the queue. The whipped cream is not rich in taste at all. …

Lovely hot chocolate located in central London. Huge cafe with 2 floors. I tried the hot chocolate that comes with cream and it was tasty. They even gave the mini popcorn as a compliment. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Clean cafe and …
Positives: the coffee was great and the pistachio croissant was incredible.
Downsides: the eclair (which cost £6) was so so tiny and part in the middle didn’t even have cream. The service was also very slow and looked a bit chaotic.
Lovely place to stop and have a coffee. The queues were long to sit in so we got takeaway coffee. I was disappointed by the quality of the latte I got. It was watery. It didn’t seem like the barista didn’t know how to foam the milk! Unfortunate but will give it another chance ! More
The carpaccio was to die for 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽the mushrooms just made the whole plate.
And the egg was just absolute beauty – the portions on the other hand for a fatty like me weren’t that great but I guess that’s what fancy cafes are like. I …
Outstanding place,
Had a coffee tasting experience as a business trial for my work. Absolutely blew me away, who knew coffee could be as complex as wine tasting. Fantastic. More
loved the range of drinks and pastries/desserts here. The coffee was delicious and reasonably priced, presented beautifully too!! The desserts were fresh and delicious, not sickly sweet like some others I’ve tried across the city. The …
Some of the best cappuccinos I have had outside of Italy! Creamy, incredible flavour- cannot recommend enough. Staff is great including the floor manager. Only niggle is that the toilets are always filthy and with no toilet roll in any of the cubicles.
Amazing on all fronts, I just dropped in to have a coffee as I like a Lavazza brew, and was amazed… beautifully contemporary decor, friendly and attentive staff. Coffee was excellent and the pistachio croissant …wow …can recommend

Great location and wonderful staff. They are very friendly and professional. The interior design is also amazing. I was extremely happy to find some vegan options as well. Definitely try the “Espresso Venezia” it’s delicious. ☕😋 …
I was there for the first time and had cappuccino design and had no clue why would this come in 2 separate cups! But was happy with the taste. Considering the location being in a busy spot I would say the service was alright. As I am a coffee lover, I will definitely go back.
I have tried one of the design coffees. Espresso + creme + milk + hazelnuts. I thought I will get a magical blend of the lot! It was a climax down. I ordered a no frills espresso after that to save the day. …
Talk about coffee!! One of my top picks for coffee. Lovely selection of beans from across the world, good quality alternative milks. I usually get an americano which is uniquely presented like an espresso- you need to pour the water …

Loved it. Great coffee nice atmosphere. Various brew methods, spacial coffee cocktails. More
The attendant showing the place was very rude and disrespectful. I placed the order and when I continued to sit after I finished, he said, “I’ll bring your bill and get up,” as if it were kicking it off the table. As if his rudeness wasn’t enough, he humiliated me in public…
I am Italian so always picky about my coffee, but I knew I could trust Lavazza! Great selection of coffees and they even gave me some free popcorns when I asked for a quick bite with my coffee 😊 …
Coffee are overpriced but great quality
Cakes were on a disappointing note, hence 1 star less each

Very luxurious modern Italian coffee shop delicious tasty with wonderful atmospher, friendly staff food great and highly recommended Italian hot chocolate More
Lovely staff. Very nice local and a quiet place to have a nice break from the busy central London. But unfortunately hey don’t have any vegan pastries or desserts. I don’t even think they have any vegan food. Even all the coffees was mostly …
I had to sit upstairs so maybe my rating suffered because I wasn’t near the pastry case. I found the food and coffee to both be tasty, but I wasn’t sure that the menu covered everything I saw in the pastry case. The service was good and our …
Really nice place with excellent vibe. One level above usual cafés.
Tiramisu was very tasty. Worth visiting if you are in Oxford Street area. More
I love the coffee here! And the interior is beautiful with the eye catchy blue sofas. Would absolutely recommend it.
Lavazza is the best coffee place in London.
It’s so Italian offering a great variety of coffee for every taste.
The staff is kind and always ready to help. …
I love their coffee menu, they also offer soup and a salad options along with mini snacks. They have a winter coffee collection which I highly recommend, the staff are friendly. More
Had a lovely experience! The “fraisier” strawberry cake was delicious, really enjoyed the coffee, and the place has a very relaxing/enjoyable atmosphere to it.
Great ambience, very professional and friendly staff, helped in selection also and they are innovative in design for their patisserie. Though the portions of patisserie was smaller compared to the price but overall it was a great …
I have been the this store multiple times and had the coffee tasting experience multiple times with different groups and always been an insightful experience. It all starts from the greeting at the door right through to leaving. The store …
Very good service and barista. Expensive, but one of my top five pour over cups ever. I wouldn’t ruin an artisan cup like this with milk, whipped cream, ice cream or anything else but each to their own. A much needed break from the busy streets around. More
Enjoy your Italian style coffee (Taormina, Torino, etc…) by the window, in very comfortable chairs, by the window and The Liberty store. Go for one of their super cute pastries to get the best of your Sunday afternoon More
Directly across from Liberty. Good place for pre opening hours coffee stop. No tables immediately available but courteously advised of takeaway area to one side. Some seating available there. Sole barista working nonstop, but not a long …
I had seen Lavazza’s hot chocolate on Instagram. I’m also an Instagrammer so I wanted to try it myself. I really liked it, it was really delicious. However, one thing disappointed me. There was no hanger to hang my bag in the toilet of …
👎🏽 to the petty, mean waiter at this store. He made such a big deal about me sitting on his unoccupied ‘reserved’ chairs outside the store this morning. I was in a long queue standing in front of the store which meant none of his customers …
Bright and spacious store… Great coffee with nice selection of desserts. Enjoyed the ambiance. …
Very clean. Spacious. Professionally managed.
It is not an ostentatious place.
Rejuvenating interior blended with very good coffee, drinks and food. …
Perfect central location to work, chat and have delicious coffee and dessert. Highly recommend More
Fillipo, the manager, was amazing helping me out as the host in InterNations to offer a large table for brunch and another area for other attendees if they wanted coffee. The food and coffee was fantastic and he and his team went above! He also gave us London LavAzza cloth bags – very generous. Delicious!
Welcoming and servicing are nice as well the order we had is delicious.
I love it.
Amazing tiramisu with flat white coffee, great taste. More
A very disappointing experience.
To take out; …
I thought this might be a cool “Italian Style” experience. Walk up to the bar, order an espresso, the clue is in the name, 5 minutes in and out. Alas at £4.50 for a single shot of espresso, plus some spurious service charge, it wasn’t. Any …
I would give it 11/10. The actual place is wonderfully over the top. Two coffee menus including some mixologist style alcoholic creations and patisseries that looked like they belonged in a viral Instagram video (and tasted amazing too). …
The last time we visited, we went twice in one day! Fabulous location, opposite Liberty, near so many shops and interesting buildings. Great service, nibbles with our drinks, delicious coffee, of course. One of us had a coffee infusion cocktail, cor! More
Lavazza coffee is delicious and this was no exception. We were a little crammed in like sardines however and the staff were not the friendliest. The view of Liberty was pretty special however. Will be returning to give it another try, but did prefer the Illy coffeeshop nearby. More
Really busy when we dropped in, staff run off their feet with an influx of customers in the restaurant upstairs. They were extremely apologetic about this, and after a slight delay, we were served our coffees. I have to say that the coffee was excellent. More
This is the best coffee shop in the area. Delicious design coffee which is opposite from you what you get at the popular brands. Great service, food and atmosphere. Highly recommended! More
The best pastry probably I ever eat – Pistachio strawberry dessert. Also, amazing coffee and friendly staff. More
They put artificial ‘blue’ color on their cappuccino to write their logo! Also really rude manager, who’s answer is we do it and no one else has problems with it. They are not open to feedback at all.
Staff was really nice, coffee is good. Would suggest to stick to the non weird entries on the menu that don’t add too many flavours to the coffe itself More
Great space, great service and AMAZING coffee! Be prepared, among the usual coffees. You will find a big variety of snacks, both sweet & savoury.
Don’t forget to try some very interesting mix of coffee with other ingredients …
The Lavazza flagship store is in a very central location at 2 min walk from the Oxford Street tube station (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines) in front of the Liberty of London. …
If you know your coffee, and Lavazza is your chosen bean, this is your new home in London. The Espresso Capri is not coffee. It is a religious experience that tastes of coffee and hazelnuts. Literally stumbled on to this gem – how did I not know it was here!?
After a cold cappuccino they replaced it and it was perfect, good coffee and it was Wimbledon inspired. The decor and hospitality was spot on. More
Great experience! Very polite staff. We’ll managed place. They make you feel welcome.
The coffee is strong. The pistachio croissants are great! …

Always my first stop whenever I am in London.
Very nice ambience, friendly staff with great service. Highly recommended More
Me ans my friends came here a couple of weeks ago, and I have to say that the service was super slow and the drinks not that great. They took 30minutes to serve us a couple of bad cocktails and 2 coffees.. very pricy for poor quality More
It is not easy to find good coffee in London. But this place coffee I can highly recommend. Downsides for the place can be that it’s too big inside. The service is okayish More
Went today with my friend to have a coffe. We been there before and staff looked after use. But today they took ages till they invited us to a table, which wasn’t even busy, waited so long to take our order 15 min and I’m not joking another …
£18.34 for a double macchiato and two small hot chocolates for my two children. I nearly cried. I should have checked the price before I sat down. More
Went yesterday for table service, after about 20 minutes of seating and no one to take the order. Decided to go to the counter and place the order myself but since it was table service we needed to order for the waiter. …
Lovely atmosphere and service! Coffee is great and there’s always available seating!
Nice coffee although could have been hotter. Watch out for the bench seating, they remove the arms to create additional seating, you could find yourself shoulder to shoulder with a stranger. More
Great coffee and nice staff!
This was my second visit but it was a lot less like the first one, not sure if it’s because it was a Sunday, but the service and welcome wasn’t as great as the first time. A smiley face is always a great start More
Amazing service by both the door staff and the waitress from start to finish! More
