Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited over 2 hours after my given time and judge did not take into consideration I have not been working and I work part time so barely get enough and court charges are disgustingly high when actual fine for offence is small.

I am curious to see someone that managed to get in touch with them… I think the only operator is on holiday 365 days a year somewhere on a tropical island spending our money. Pretty sure the pay is not low.

if I could rate 0 stars I would!! Absolutely horrendous service. Got a ticket which wasn’t for our vehicle and end up having to pay 1121.00 for a mistake made by the system. got all evidence collected and sent to them special delivery yet still no contact! I work in customer service give me a job you wont need any other operators!!!!!

How many operators do they have ? The numbers of 0 everytime I call there after spending an hour on phone they hang up. Great service indeed for our tax we pay !

They don’t give a duck about you! The primary purpose of this is to let you understand that you don’t have any rights, and there is no intention to give you any rights.

I don’t know who works here or if anybody does for over a week now I’ve been trying to get through to the court and no one is answering the phone 1 hour ans 40 minutes on hold 3 times plus no one is answering emails so I don’t know what’s going on in there is missed my case because no one is doing there job
