Profoundly awful. After being a customer for 12 years refused to offer me discounted or fixed rate and insisted I go on to standard variable rate thereby trebling my mortgage payments. No digital prescience, no contact, classic ‘computer says no’! Stay well clear!

You really need to look at your opening times and put them back to what they were before Covid. They are not customer user friendly.
