I was very impressed with furniture and design. I came across Habitat for the first time and would highlyrecommend for people who are into design and quality of the furniture. Service is nice. Overall i had a good experience visiting the store and will definitely come back. The store is located right above the john lewis parking.

Not what it used to be, less stock in the showroom, mostly large goods on display ( A couple of beds and sofas. Only a few rugs) No bedding, towels, crockery etc to purchase. Not the Habitat I knew and loved. Is there any point remaining …

Loved the showroom and the staff. They were very considerate to my needs. The place itself was neat and tidy.

Fantastic costumer service. I found very hard shop for furniture online without actually see how it looks, so we went there to have a look at sofas and found the one we wanted.

The 4,700 sq ft Habitat store opening in Westfield London, the largest shopping centre in Europe, will be part of the high-footfall mall’s exciting expansion, bringing a number of furniture and home brands together to create a destination ‘Home’ hub for the convenience of customers.

Appalling customer service and dodgy products – basically this store is not what it used to be and sadly i suspect habitats days are numbered – shame – used to be great.
