Tried to renew concessionary bus pass online. details input, as on previous expired card, but said it was unable to trace the account.
I rang , and spoke to the appropriate person- and in less than 5 minutes the renewal was completed. Human 10/10.

The state of Lincolnshire roads for pot holes and litter is a disgrace. The roads are a danger to life and the verges are so depressing. The council needs holding to account!

Very happy with Lincolnshire CC. A fault was looked at the repaired within good timeframe. We really appreciate your help 🙂 All staff is always very professional too.

Complaints are administered by Muppets. If you have a genuine complaint about a person or team within the Local Authority, they go back to thst person and ask them ‘are you guilty of this complaint’ and they answer no, then end of complaint.

They are ruthless incompetent and have the empathy of Daleks they will not listen to concerns of the residents of Lincolnshire unless it is purely in their interests.

Radio silence re Council repairs. Deleted pothole reports to avoid liability for damage, potholes not fixed over a year after reporting.

Poor service, disrespectful staff

just dreadful, the state of the roads in this area are 3rd world.

Just moved to the area, Lincoln Council have been the most unhelpful and inconsiderate.
