I would give no stars if I could, we take unpaid time off work for them to come out then they ring and make some sort of excuse they can’t come. It’s not so much Longhurst themself it’s the contractors Ian Williams so never trust them to actually come when they’re supposed to! Fuming is an understatement.

The most useless housing association ever. They push you from pillar to post to avoid answering questions. It takes ages to get anything done. Now I’m told they have to cut my garden down to fit a few fence panels, tried to find out what is going on and suprise suprise nobody has an answer for me.

I don’t really understand how they work.
We’ve had no issues but my daughter has had loads with them concerning repairs, can take them months to sort out. And I don’t know why there are so many empty properties when people are desperate to be housed, why does it take so long.
