Maltby Leisure Centre reviews

It’s clean, pretty well maintained and generally a good place to be. Because it’s one of the better leisure complex it makes it quite busy most time, but that’s to be expected. The staff do their best and are more often than not very helpful. I can definitely recommend.

Green Star Canoe Club hold their weekly winter training here, it’s clean and easily accessible; the floors can be adjusted in depth too. My only slight criticism is that it’s sometimes it’s a little chilly!

Was a member of this gym and swimming for some time. Can’t fault the place. My little ones did trampolining here and gymnastics. They loved it! Staff were great with the kids.

Great value, great facilities well worth a visit our take out a subscription & visit more often

Friendly staff and great facilities. Signed up for the gym and a kind member of staff rang to let me know I could save some money by using a special offer then sorted it all out for me! Gym is small but well equipped and never too busy, and the trainers are friendly, non-judgemental and always happy to help.

I went to a toddler group with my daughter and granddaughter. It seemed very good. Plenty of toys and an age appropriate inflatable. They provide drinks and biscuits for the children and a drink from the coffee shop for one adult.

Great, clean & well run centre. The gym needs much more equipment though if they want it to attract more custom. There are other local gyms with 5x more equipment that are also cheaper.

The pool is just a square, not very intresting. Although the building looks nice and modern and the lifts are 3 2nd gen ecodiscs (1 m/s).

Changing rooms need improving but good for beginners and experts.

Use the gym alot, very good priced and staff are friendly, only negative is it’s not very big and you can struggle to use equipment when busy. But alot cheaper than anywhere else

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are lovely. The only thing I would say is that the changing rooms are always freezing when you get out the pool!

I was there as part of the blood donation group. All the staff are friendly. And We never know when we ourselves will need a blood transfusion.

I only go here to give blood. My son used to have swimming lessons but I didn’t find he was progressing very well so we went elsewhere. I find that some of the staff are incredibly ignorant!

Friendly staff and an amazing team of swim tutors. My son loves coming here and there are a variety of things for people of all ages to enjoy.

The lives and interests of the citizens of Maltby has improved immensely since the rebuild and modernisation of the centre. The centre offers many fascilities.
Highly recomended.

Good facilities however carpark is open to local hooligans… was watching a large group smashing up the basketball courts.

The activities and Trainer advice has been a good assistance to my well being. I recommend whole heartedly.
