Malvern Hills District Council reviews

They don’t even answer the phone, awful customer service and when they do answer the phone they are totally incompetent.
They certainly charge enough council tax to be able to employ a few more people to pick their phones up.

I expect to be able to speak to someone on the phone, your service falls way below acceptable standards.

I requested two new refuse bins as a recent storm had damaged ours and 7 days later the bins were replaced by two friendly and obliging workers. Thank you MHDC for your prompt and efficient service.

Phone service does not work. Gives numbers to navigate through but does not recognise when they’re pressed. No way of getting through to anyone

Wonderful and beautiful building located in a leafy green area with a pond, a bridge and charming corners.

Unbelievably inefficient, phone calls go unanswered.staff are rude, unhelpful and in some cases incompetent. This council needs a full overhaul, if not replacing. Disgrace.
