Received a letter today saying I must pay the claimant of a parking fine £429.19 by Monday 14th June by 4pm. Today is Friday the 11th of June. Just got back from work at 5.15pm. Letter gives no instruction on how to pay this. I basically have 8 hours Monday to try and figure out how to pay.

Waste of time and money what an absolute joke. Wasn’t even given a chance to speak even though I was the applicant. They didn’t even read what my case was about, just rushed me out the door and passed it over…

Found the staff very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional did not think anybody in there knew what was going off only people in there that seemed courteous were the security guards
