Went into Michael Kors at Cheshire Oaks to buy a birthday gift for our daughter, Yao asked if we needed any help which we did as a bag on display was shown to us but the colour I wanted wasn’t amongst them, Yao found one in black for us in the back which was great, we bought the bag and our daughter is very pleased with it

Staff are extremely helpful, I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy and they helped me decide which bag would be best for me… I ended up purchasing the Sady large tote bag in the shade khaki and the jet set crossbody bag in acorn both bags are absolutely perfect for me Xx

Obviously Michael Kors is a big hitter. However, after visiting the chsgire oaks store, the general cleanliness and the watch display was pretty appalling. It wasn’t busy, people were standing around and weren’t picking up the shoe fillers …
