Phoned up planning and was told about the free clinic , so I attended 5 hrs there and back from Epping approx 150 miles , a day of work I am self employed only to find I was not eligible. Disgraceful service
Arrogant and rude staff. Rather than helping the members of the public they serve, they bluntly advise you of ludicrous policies and inform you it’s their way or the pot-hole ridden highway.
Impossible to get hold of. Online system is very confusing. Tried to get hold of someone in benefits on direct line. Switchboard very blasé and “she’s not in today”. Mind you, if you’re on benefits you’re used to hours on the phone.
