I have never had a repair resolved on the first visit. We have mould in our loft from multiple leaks from the roof tiles and was surprised to receive a letter asking for feedback on a repair that was carried out. No appointment was made, nobody was given access and the roof is as was.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I wish I had something positive to say about WCHT, but everything from my direct debit being incorrect for an entire year and waiting over a year for repairs / replacements that have still not been done, leave me with no choice but to leave this review.

Due to the total incompetence of this housing association i lost out on a mutual exchange with one of their tenants as the deadline had passed and wcht had not even bothered to do their inspections or reply to my landlords emails what a sham they should be investigated by the housing ombudsman for their failures
