After viewing 2 flats in the same building, I finally got my flat, Hayley was so helpful and considerate of my circumstances. The flat was very clean when I moved in, new carpets and freshly painted. I had an issue regarding my account and rent at the beginning but the customer service team were helpful and polite.

I’ve recently moved into a Moat property. The handover of the property was delayed, however Harry the sales manager has done everything to reduce the impact. I am overall happy with the service they have provided and currently enjoying our new property very much.

We dealt with the re-sales team during our house purchase. I couldn’t recommend the re-sales team enough! They were so helpful and prompt with their responses. I would like to say Thank you to Vanessa from re-sales. She guided us through the process and was always on hand when we have queries.

Vanessa dealt with me from start to finish and was very quick to reply to any concerns and questions I had, giving clear and sound advice throughout. These processes are often stressful and can be frustrating due to the system, however I had very good support and would recommend.
