Great customer service and very competitive rates

I couldn’t give back my money. They’ve approved my account. And when I put money on it, they block it!!! I have been waiting for the response by one month to give my money back, but I think it is useless. Obviously, I couldn’t transfer money to my sister.

Rip-off ATM. Tried to withdraw 120£ from ATM (minimum amount), received 120€ and was charged 155€. Not even a receipt to complain about it.

Poor service, won’t even allow you to transfer money to a supermarket for online shopping in another country so you parents can get a surprise gift. I would not recommend or use. What do they allow transfers for then? Promised a call back which never happened even after I supplied all the relevant documentation which they asked for.

Worst exchange rate I have ever seen and I have traveled plenty. They use the hurry of passengers to their advantage, they don’t mention the fees nor the bad exchange rate.

I’ve worked with moneycorp for a number of years and this is an organisation with a great team who innovate and who really care about their customers.

They have to call you in order to set up and quote you. On the website they say you will get a call in 15 min. I never received a call. Great service Money Direct! At least I now know not to use this “service”.
