Very poor service, and very poor returns. My investment has lost over 7% (plus fees!) this year- with a 14% official inflation rate, it’s been a really bad place to keep savings. They’ve projected something like a growth of around 6% over a 5 year period- useless against inflation.

Since having to transfer from another company, my investment hss not improved and down by 1k. It rarely budges from that figure. My other Investment ISA has improved and definitely a far better investment than Money Farm.

Remember people that before you part with any money that this company along with the vast majority of the other set-up s offering a similar service are in the main UNREGULATED!…. the high street retailer Poundland has to adhere too stronger regulations!, ….the FCA are a completely toothless entity.

I’ve been investing for 5 years and have good returns. I’m investing longterm another 10 years. So far so good not excellent but good and easy to navigate the app. I’m happy. I have other investments too. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Invest longterm

Bad performance. I had a call appointment and they never called me. There’s no option to close the account from the web or the app, that’s not a good sign.

Very helpful staff and investing in the first place was easy however, the IOS app is rubbish. Its more complicated than it needs to be for disinvesting and withdrawing money than it needs to be. I’m sure the person who developed it …

Changed terms and expect you to invest over £5k minimum or £100 a month plus £1.5k upfront. Plus raised their management fees for smaller investors from May 2020. Great move…

Took over a month to transfer in an ISA, then took over 2 weeks from devesting to seeing the money back in my account. Staff are helpful in telling me the deadlines, but these periods of time are ridiculous

Great service, managed by very competent people. Finally a place where you can invest your savings without being kept in the darkness and paying silly commissions. First results are above expectation, looking forward to see what will happen in the future.

I have only started to invest my savings with this company so I can only comment on my experience so far : easy to invest, easy to see where my money has been invested and communication by telephone has been excellent.
