It would be nice if the nurses spoke to you and explained procedures.

This is our second visit and the treatment for my mother is second to none. The staff here are all amazing, including the reception, Doctors, Consultants, and Nurses. They are all so thorough. Thank you .

I am very disappointed with waiting time.I had an appointment and after 4 hours still waiting to be seen by doctor!!! Your manager has to review and to come with ideas how to improve waiting time for patients!

Extremely busy. Limited seating as a lot of people come with another. Staff helpful. Can be a 3 hour wait. But who wants bad eyesight.

With appointment still you have to wait more then 3 hours
If you must go try to change to other hospital. Definitely waisting your time.

Appt for 2pm, out of hospital by 3.30. Couldn’t have asked for better staff. The Doctor was also amazing. Polite, kind, reassuring. Thank you MEH, Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow. Waiting for the date of my other eye for cataract surgery.

The nicest staff i ever met. Every single person was warm and helpful. I could tell that they had job satisfaction and enjoyed taking care of people

Come in on time, they loose your notes and you wait nearly 3 hrs to be seen after hearing excuses. Bring dinner as you will waste half a day here.

City Road staff are nicer, but this is not to say staff at Northwick aren’t, but………….well you know.
