Write a ReviewExcellent. Outpatient receptionists very friendly and helpful. I was into my Dermatology appointment 10 minutes early and out again a minute before I was due in. Additionally, the appointment I needed for further treatment was sorted immediately and an email confirmation received before I had left reception! Many thanks indeed.
Brilliant service and wonderful staff. Took my little girl for a minor injury and the nurse was very kind and we were seen quickly
Having waited 11 hours at Worthing a and e without being seen I decided to try minor injuries at Horsham. Absolutely stellar service, the receptionist was lovely as were the staff, nurses, and radiographers. Was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and was x rayed, spoken to and treated within the hour 🙂

I’m only reviewing the phone line as the hospital itself I havnt experienced yet. We have an appointment at 12:00 today and I’ve called the hospital 6 times to get through to the anti natal clinic. Every single time I get passed to an …
Absolutely dreadful signage to find where I needed to go (for a blood test), but the staff I spoke to were excellent and one even offered to walk me to where I needed to go, when I wandered into the wrong area. …
Great experience – car parking adjacent to outpatients. Cost £1 for 2 hours – genial and welcoming reception staff – free coffee – prompt attention on time – pleasant courteous nurses and surgeon (Mr Monteiro.)
A model other NHS trusts should seek to follow..

Still baffles me how the NHS manage to employ the least compassionate and rude reception staff – not at every site I hasten to add, but they really do manage to find some whoppers. The receptionist at Minor Injuries Unit at Horsham …
I would have give 0 if i can . Never to to Horizon ward , no compassion , most staff are rude and incompetent . Very disappointed
Never had any problems, wish had an ER 24/7
Well don’t bother referring yourself for MSK podiatrist here. H so didn’t care about my foot which I walk over on, turn inwards and have tendinitis. Issued me with some insoles that took 5 weeks to come, signed me off and said didn’t need …
Was referred here by 111 for a knee injury. Told the 111 team it was recurring but they said as I had reinjured it again it had happened less than a week ago, it would be fine to be looked at by them. Got to the unit and was turned away …
Explained I had a massive phobia of blood tests and the nurse was not as understanding as previous nurses who have taken my blood elsewhere. …
Several physio appointments after a hip replacement operation at East Surrey in February. Was signed off and discharged on 13 April – all appointments OK with very pleasant and professional staff – thanks James!!
Dermatology Dept. I had an appointment with Janet O’Hagan on Friday. After a bit of a wait I was fantastically well attended to by Janet. I’m having a mix of private and NHS treatment and have to say, not for the first time, NHS is …
People there are very friendly and it’s a place mainly for the routine appointments rather than some emergencies. I have a positive experience with antennal clinic and eye clinic. Sometimes there are queues if you need to have a blood tests done, but the waiting times are acceptable.
We have recently moved into the area and so far my husband has attended due to chest pains and an elderly neighbour slipped in the snow and broke her wrist. Impressed at both the patient care and the speed at which seen, what a godsend this hospital is. Don’t know what we would have done without your emergency service!
I would think long and hard sending your loved one here, my dad chocked on this ward we was noticed by another patient 2 day’s later he was admitted to east surrey hospital with aspirated pneumonia…..Not ENOUGH STAFF …. CARE and respect.
I injured (cut) my wrist badly 10.01.2020. I am a poultry butcher so knives are a risk !! I saw Cathy as her last patient, it was gone closing time and she could have sent me off to East Surrey, BUT she took the time to thoroughly look at …
Maternity Ward
Wow, where do I start! Neglected, mistreated, uneducated staff, lies, threats …
Great improvement can be seen and felt at the AE department. We were done at A&E within less than an hour. Seen by a senior nurse practitioner who was appropriate for our concern. Great diversion and distribution of work according to clinical need.
Lovely staff at minor injuries clinic helped me after fall on the ice. Very friendly and hardly waited at all. Special thanks to the nurse Cheryl who helped make sure I was ok.
I’ve only ever used the blood test centre here. The wait is often several minutes – 35 minutes the other day, but the staff are always professional and friendly.
Fantastic staff. Very quick. Am needle phobic and faint. They allowed me to lie down and we’re really kind understanding and didn’t hardly feel anything. Very very impressed. !!!!!
I came to the hospital with a swollen knee and was treated with tremendous skill & kindness by Michelle & Verna. …
Second time I have been for blood tests.. Staff are always lovely and helpful and the service was great.. In and out in a few minutes.. Other trusts could learn from the Horsham team..

Excellent service and nurses are lovely
This is a lovely hospital, staffed by wonderful people. Well done to you all.
The length of time waiting for a blood test is ridiculous. Can hear the staff chatting and laughing and no one being seen.
Great service, staff really friendly and helpful.
Rude and unhelpful reception.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Great little tea bar.
